Somarev Online Market is responsible for the shipment and delivery of the purchased goods to their respective buyers.
The shipment fee is the responsibility of the client or buyer.
Refund Policy
If Somarev Online Market fails to ship purchased goods within a maximum of one week, it will refund the payment.
If delivery of purchased goods fails after shipment due to circumstances that are out of the control of Somarev Online Market; resulting in the total loss of the goods, one third (1/3) of the payment will be refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
A client can cancel an order as long as the processing status of the order has not been changed to \"Completed\" or \"Shipped\".
